Bisous Inc. organizes Bisous 2026, a private, in-person temporary camp and community gathering. Bisous provides event participation, shared camp infrastructure, and, where selected, organizer-arranged shared accommodation. Bisous Inc. is the merchant for payments accepted on this website.

What your payment covers

Payments made through this website are for one of the following:

  • Camp dues: the purchaser’s participation in Bisous 2026 and their share of camp operations, infrastructure, and communal services.

  • Housing fee: organizer-arranged accommodation assigned to Bisous participants, such as RVs, Shiftpods, or other shared accommodation.

A designated housing lead may pay the balance for their assigned shared accommodation unit. This is a payment to Bisous Inc. for Bisous-arranged participant housing; it is not a payment-transfer service or a marketplace payment to another merchant.

We do not use this website to sell adult content or sexual services, provide dating or matchmaking services, operate crowdfunding, or process payments on behalf of unrelated third parties.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel your participation or housing arrangement, contact us at hello@bisous.camp with your name and order confirmation.

  • Cancellation requests received by July 31st, 2026 are eligible for a refund of 100%, less non-refundable payment-processing fees and costs already committed on the participant’s behalf.

  • Cancellation requests received after July 31st, 2026 may be refunded only if Bisous can recover the applicable costs or reassign the place or accommodation.

  • If Bisous cancels the event, we will communicate available refund or credit options to affected participants.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow [5–10] business days for processing.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
